Content Specialist x2
+ create a brief social media plan with the Co -Directors and other Content Specialist
+ create Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Linkedin content on a weekly basis
+ develop and implement content improvement
strategies each month
+ assist with tasks as required by the team
Community Drop-Off Volunteer
+ assisting with the supply and replenishment our Animal Booth initiative
+ Working directly with the Shelters Relations
Directors to organize community drop-off events
Mental Health Workshop Facilitator
+ receiving training to facilitate mental health
workshops using the jack.org framework
+ scheduling and facilitating workshops at shelters across the Greater Toronto Area
Partnership Coordinator
+ committing to in-person support for pre-
scheduled events in Toronto and the Greater
Toronto Area (first Saturday, every three months).
+ assist in maintaining relationships with existing sponsors
+ provide logistical support as needed.
+ assist in managing events, meetings, and other activities
Shelter Relations Team
Co-Director
+ organize weekly team meetings and allocate tasks
+ update internal documents and ensure
organization within the team
+ work with the team to determine what materials need to be ordered/ prepared for drop-offs
+ ensure assembly/ drop-offs are completed in a timely manner
+ assist team with tasks as required
